9:34am Fantastic Stuff

I have decided to finally write to you and thank you so much for your product. I bought my house in September of 2000. The very first year I was having a problem with the septic system backing up. I thought my tank was full and being a new homeowner and naive about these things I called and had it pumped out. When the man pumped it out we could hear water and stuff running back into the tank from the leech field. He advised me I had a major problem with my leech field and my distribution box. Well I was not educated enough on the subject and requested a quote. $8,000.00 to fix the problem. I almost passed out and said I would think about it. Well I did what any other person in my situation would do and checked out what a septic system was all about. Well I used Rid-X every month for 2 years and said ok no problem now. When I had it pumped out in 2003 the same thing was happening, water going back into the system from the leech field. In 2004 I started getting the puddling effect in my yard. My lawn mower was getting stuck in the mud. I was getting frustrated but did not have that kind of money to get the problem fixed. I lived with the problem for 2 more years and was getting very discouraged. By the way I was using Rid-X all through this time. I believe it was in 2006 that I decided to search the internet and check to see what I could do. I called and questioned your people about what I needed and they told me about the super treatment. I could not afford that so I figured I would order the one year supply and just double up on it. Well I waited for my order to come in and it never came. I called about it and they were very apologetic about it, apparently there was another person with my name as a regular on their customer list and they sent it to him. Well the sent me the super treatment at no charge plus sent me my original order. Well I have been using this stuff since I received it and I am glad to say that there is no more puddling, no more backups, no more problems. I will be ordering a three year supply very shortly. Although with all of the problems I have had I must admit, the 3 year supply will only last me one year because I add a full bag each time, even though you don’t need to. I do not want to take any chances. At $149.00 a year for this stuff as compared to $180.00 for the Rid-X ($15.00 a box each month) I am paying less and getting a much better value because it works. I will be having my tank pumped out this year so I cannot wait to see what it looks like in there. Thank you so much for this product.
